At DJIUSA, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance electronics and drone gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DJIUSA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
