What is the standard shipping timeframe for drone orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental USA. High-capacity batteries and professional series drones may require ground shipping due to safety regulations, which can extend delivery by 1-2 days.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished DJI products?
Yes, all certified refurbished products purchased from DJIUSA undergo rigorous testing and include a standard 12-month limited warranty, covering the same parts and labor as brand-new units.
What is your return policy for activated drones?
Units can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition. Please note that once a drone has been activated through the DJI Fly or GO app, a 15% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Does DJIUSA provide international shipping?
Currently, we specialize in serving the United States market to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and localized warranty support. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
